Terms of Service and End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms


By registering for and using DynamoDB Navigator ("the Software"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Software.


2. License Grant


Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal or internal business purposes.


3. Disclaimer of Warranties


THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.


We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Software or its content.


4. Limitation of Liability


TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:


  • **WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES**, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

    • - Your use or inability to use the Software

    - Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

    - Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Software

    - Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar that may be transmitted through the Software

    - Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred from use of any content


  • **IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS LESS.**

    • 5. User Responsibilities


    You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Software or related systems

    • 6. Data and Privacy


    You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for any data you input into or process through the Software
  • The Software may interact with AWS DynamoDB and other services using your credentials
  • You should review our Privacy Policy for information about data handling
  • We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access

    • 7. AWS and Third-Party Services


  • The Software integrates with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other third-party services
  • You are responsible for your AWS account and any charges incurred
  • We are not liable for any issues with AWS or third-party services
  • You must comply with AWS terms of service and other applicable third-party terms

    • 8. Intellectual Property


    All intellectual property rights in the Software remain our property. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices

    • 9. Termination


    We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.


    10. Indemnification


    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Software developers, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Software
  • Your violation of this Agreement
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

    • 11. Changes to Terms


    We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.


    12. Governing Law


    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.


    13. Entire Agreement


    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.


    14. Severability


    If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.


    15. No Warranty for Open Source


    If the Software includes open-source components, those components are provided without warranty and subject to their respective licenses.



    BY CLICKING "I ACCEPT" OR BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
